Ryan from the Service and department (and the rest of his team) is always very professional and courteous.
I drive an old Cadillac and he’s always looking out for me and offering great recommendations and tips. He gives genuine advice and does not try to upset me things I didn’t need.
Anthony from the Parts department is also very friendly and kind. He did not attempt to upsell me parts that I did not need and make extra effort to help me find parts I that I was inquiring about.
Overall, my experience at Paul Conte Cadillac dealership has been very great and exceeded my experience.
The lounge area is small but sufficient for the amount of folks. Simple coffee machine does the job and toilet is clean.

Service Manager John and Danny are alway very polite and easy to work with. Work is generally completed punctually and rates are competitive.
My experience with service is excellent. I always deal with Ryan when I bring my truck in for service. He takes out the time to listen as well as explain what is needed for my vehicle. He’s a very nice and knowledgeable person. The Valet team is also wonderful they are always polite and helpful.
Taking a road trip and my car needed some unexpected work - Paul Conti service really stepped up for me I would never service my car elsewhere! John and the whole team are so professional, knowledgeable and got me on my way safely! They are the most trustworthy and fairly priced. Great service center highly recommend!

I must leave this review I wish I could leave more than 5 stars! Yesterday I picked up my new Escalade ESV V my salesman Anthony was great but now here is a true test to great customer service today I was on a trip 3 hours away from there dealership I left my tire lock in my salesman’s office and while on the road for a vacation my tire went flat and nobody could unlock my wheel to fix it because I left the lock in my salesman’s office. Frank the sales manager put a service tech in a car with my wheel lock and sent him 3 hrs each way to make sure I had the key! If this isn’t excellent customer service I’m not sure what is! I will purchase every car from this company. Thank you guys
Danny was very helpful. He gave me an honest evaluation, and they fixed all the problems I described for a reasonable price. There was great service, it was timely and they did a great job with my car. I am going to continue bringing my Cadillac here.
Paul Conte cadillac made getting a new car an amazing experience!! Frankie was the best salesman he saw me walking in and dropped what he was doing to help me. I had a lot of questions and he was supper patient and answered everything making me feel very comfortable. I would recommend this dealer to everyone
